How It Works & Common Questions
What age group is &girl for?
&girl is perfect for girls aged 8-14. Our sizes are 8, 10, 12, 14.
How am I billed?
Your first payment will process on the day you sign-up. Then you will be automatically billed on the 5th of each month for the current month. (We stop taking orders on the 14th of each month, so no one is billed back to back).
When do you ship our monthly order?
We ship your goodies on the 15th of each month, with a flat rate shipping of $5 shipping fee.
Can I add to my shipment?
Yes! Each month &girl members will get exclusive deals and first dibs on new items that they can add to their shipment before the 14th of each month! (Some added shipping may apply.)
Can I cancel at anytime?
When you sign up for membership, you are agreeing to a three month membership and then move month to month after that. You can always cancel or pause your membership each month after the first three months. In fact, we send out reminders so you will remember if you need to!
Why is there a three-month minimum?
We are a very small company and each piece manufactured just for us! But that means that we must be able to order the right quantities and sizes months in advance. The three-month minimum is so we can order correctly and have your sizes!
What if my daughter doesn’t fit or like the items?
We are happy to offer exchanges for sizing issues! We do not offer full refunds for the whole monthly bag, but rest assured we want to make sure every &girl and Mom is happy with our products. If you have issues just contact us and we will do our best to make it right!
