We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from your order date to process a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Seasonal/Holiday Return Policy
We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days from your order date to process an exchange for sizing issues (while supplies last. We cannot guarantee sizing on holiday/seasonal wear). We do not allow refunds on holiday/seasonal items. We do under certain circumstances allow a store credit and those will be handled case by case depending on the reason or cause of the exchange. To access your order and start a return, you can use our return portal. Follow the instructions to access your orders and begin your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Membership Return Policy: &girl and Mommy & Me Membership
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days from your order date to process an exchange for sizing issues. We do not allow refunds on memberships. We do not allow refunds of our memberships for style color or preferences per person. We do under certain circumstances allow a store credit and those will be handled case by case depending on the reason or cause of the exchange, for example a size change and we are out of stock of that size. If you need to process a membership exchange please email us at info@mypetiteandme.com or contact us on our website contact form. The $8 return fee will apply to the membership exchanges.
$25 Dollar Intro Trial Offer Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy
By signing up for the $25 Trial Offer ("Offer") for the &girl Membership, you receive our Intro Bag for just $25 and free shipping. It is a trial offer. After fourteen days, your full membership will renew. We bill in three month increments and the shipping is also included in the total payment amount. If you are completely dissatisfied with the &girl Membership bag and its contents during your Trial Offer you may cancel your subscription in your membership portal or by contacting our company by responding to your emails received at purchase or through our contact us page. Your email should include explict information on why you want to cancel yoru membership. What issues you had with the items. We will make every attempt to resolve your issues. You do have full access in your customer portal to cancel your membership independently. Your renewal will automatically charge your account fourteen days from your purchase, and you will be a member for three months. We do not offer refunds on memberships. You can still cancel at anytime in your portal or through email and we will cancel your next cycle of the memberships. If you choose to email us, do not consider your membership cancelled until it is confirmed by a customer service representative. You must receive confirmation and you will receive a confirmation email from your customer portal that your membership is cancelled. It is up to the customer to make sure their customer portal is correct and up to date with the correct membership status. You can manage independently at anytime. Your membership will renew every three months unless it is pasued or cancelled in the customer portal.
Non-Abuse of Offer:
The $25 Trial Offer is intended to allow new customers to experience our membership with confidence. Any attempts to abuse or scam the system (including but not limited to requesting early cancellations or returns with the intent to exploit the Offer) will not be tolerated. If a request to cancel is made before the bag is receiced by the customer, a return can be processed with the customer returning all the items in the membership bag. All items must be returned for a return to be issues.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Onced the items are received back to My Petite & Me in good condition, we will cancel the membership. The $8 return fee for shipping will still apply for this return. Canceling after the bag has arrived, then a customers must provide in writing with details to a representative of the quality issues and/or fit issues. Cancellation will be provided for those that have proven a true dissatisfaction and after attempts an inability to resolved the issue. Attempts to misue dissatisfaction or fit issues will not be tolerated. If there is a discrepency between the customer and the company about the intregrity of their claim, the company will still offer the return of the first month in exchange for cancellation of the memebrship. Renewal: After 14 days of pruchase your membership will automatically renew at the regular subscription rate. We bill on a three month cycle and the shipping for all three months is included in this price. You may cancel at any time, but we do not offer refunds after renewals. If there is a sizing issue, we can try to resolve with a store credit.

Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the $25 Trial Offer at any time. Any changes to these terms will be communicated to you promptly via email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reported damages will not be accepted after 72 hours of delivery notification. But we will always take time to speak with you if you need to discuss, please reach out on our contact page and we will get back with you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like monthly membership items, holiday items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
