Common Questions
Can I add to my shipment?
Your first payment will process on the day you sign-up. Then you will be automatically billed on the 5th of each month for the current month.
When do you ship our monthly order?
We ship your goodies on the 15th of each month, with a flat rate shipping of $5 shipping fee.
Can I add to my shipment?
Yes! Each month members will get exclusive deals and first dibs on new items that they can add to their shipment before the 14th of each month! (Some added shipping may apply.)
 Can I cancel at anytime?
You can always cancel or pause your membership each month. In fact, we send out reminders so you will remember if you need to!
What if our items don’t fit or we don’t like them?
We are happy to offer exchanges for sizing issues! We do not offer full refunds for the whole monthly bag but want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our promise is we will try to work with you to either find items you like/fit or give you store credit.
