  • Q: What age group is &girl for?
    A: &girl is perfect for girls aged 8-14. Our sizes are 7, 8, 10, 12,14 AS, AM.

  • Q: How am I billed?
    A: Your first payment processes on the day you sign up. You will then be automatically billed on the 5th of each month for the current month. (We stop taking orders on the 14th of each month, so no one is billed back to back.)

  • Q: When do you ship our monthly order?
    A: We ship your goodies on the 15th of each month, with a flat shipping fee of $5.

  • Q: Can I add to my shipment?
    A: Yes! Each month, &girl members will get exclusive deals and first dibs on new items that they can add to their shipment before the 14th of each month! (Some added shipping may apply.)

  • Q: Can I cancel at any time?
    A: When you sign up for membership, you agree to a three-month commitment, after which you can move to a month-to-month plan. You can cancel or pause your membership each month after the first three months. We send out reminders so you won’t forget!

  • Q: Why is there a three-month minimum?
    A: We are a small company, and each piece is manufactured just for us! This means we need to order the right quantities and sizes months in advance. The three-month minimum helps us order accurately and ensure your sizes are available.

  • Q: What if my daughter doesn’t fit or like the items?
    A: We offer exchanges for sizing issues! While we don’t provide full refunds for the entire monthly bag, we want every &girl and mom to be happy with our products. If there are any issues, just contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it right!
